Contract TAS 26-10A / D215078 is for the Port Byron Service Area Water Main Replacement at I-90, Milepost 310.20 in Cayuga County, in accordance with the provided Plans and Specifications. Bids must be secured by either a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid using the Authority’s Bid Bond Form (TA-44117), or a Bid Deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 via certified or cashier’s check payable to the New York State Thruway Authority. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the New York State Thruway Authority Headquarters at 200 Southern Boulevard, Albany, NY 12209, and must be received by 10:30 A.M. on the deadline date. Bids delivered to other locations or received late will not be accepted. Contractors are responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals. There are established goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (3.00%), Minority Business Enterprise (7.50%), and Women Business Enterprise (7.50%).
