Tennis Court Complex at Coastal Alabama Community College At the corner of Facility Road and Horn Road Bay Minette, AL 36507 Bids are invited for the Tennis Court Complex at Coastal Alabama Community College, Bay Minette Campus. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or bid bond payable to Alabama Community College System in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount, but not more than $10,000. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents are required at the signing of the contract. Drawings and specifications may be examined online. Bid documents may be obtained from the Architect for a $200 deposit per set, refundable for the first two sets to each general contract bidder submitting a bona fide bid if returned in good condition within ten days of the bid date. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. Only bidders licensed under the State Licensing Board for General Contractors may bid in amounts exceeding the limits established by Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must display their current license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope.
