The project is expected to be awarded on January 28, 2026.** Lincoln County School District is requesting proposals utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the Auditorium of the Toledo Jr/sr High School. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM PST, January 6, 2026. Solicitation documents can be obtained by contacting the designated representative at Lincoln County School District. LOCATION: Newport, OR, Toledo, OR, Waldport, OR CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: The construction budget will not exceed $36,000,000 ($12,000,000 per site). Construct three auditoriums, one at Newport High School, one at Toledo High School and one at Waldport High School. Each auditorium will be approximately 12000 sf.
