Scope: remove old MH fixtures, reuse 8 poles, install 56 Ephesus LumaSport 8 (or equal) LEDs + new arms/wiring for 50/30 fc (SCHSL AAAAA), wireless control hub + per-fixture cards, 10-yr P&L warranty + 10-yr support. Optional adder: RGB color fixtures (8). Tax & Sourcewell fees included. No permits req'd. Monitor SCBO for full RFP & deadline. James Island Charter High School (JICHS) invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the complete turn-key replacement of the existing metal-halide sports lighting system on its varsity baseball field utilizing Sourcewell Contract #041123-CPL (Cooper Lighting Solutions / Ephesus Sports Lighting) or approved equals. Remove and properly dispose of all existing 1500W metal-halide fixtures, crossarms, and wiring down to existing pole junction boxes. - Reuse eight (8) existing light poles and junction boxes (replace fuses). -Furnish and install new galvanized crossarms, fifty-six (56) LED sports lighting fixtures (Ephesus LumaSport 8 or approved equal), and all new wiring. - Add sixteen (16) additional fixtures/arms to meet SCHSL Class AAAAA standards: minimum 50 fc infield / 30 fc outfield. - Install one (1) Ephesus Wireless Air Mesh Hub Controller with remote antenna (expandable to future fields). - Provide wireless control card in every fixture for individual control and dynamic scenes. - Perform full aiming, testing, commissioning, and on-site training. - Provide ten (10)-year comprehensive parts-and-labor warranty on the entire system plus ten (10) years of technical and iCloud support Submit in writing to Jeremy Holland no later than December 18, 2025, 12:00 PM.
