This proposal is to provide the Division of Sewerage and Drainage with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase an estimated 850 tons (anhydrous) annually of liquid ferric chloride for wastewater treatment applications. The contract can potentially extend through March 31, 2029, with an option for a one-year extension. The successful bidder will provide, deliver, and unload bulk quantities of liquid Ferric Chloride (27% - 42% as FeCl3) and provide specified safety training sessions. Bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors with experience in supplying the chemical as detailed in the specifications. The bidder must submit an outline of experience and history for the past five years and show documented, proven successful contracts from at least four customers with similar scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements specified.
