The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the Swim Center Accessible Parking Improvements Project. The general items of work include removing and replacing existing sidewalk and parking lot paving, removing existing planter and replacing with a new stormwater treatment planter, adding new accessible paths of travel, and installation of electrical vehicle charging stations. The required contractor's license classification is Class A. Prospective bidders must confirm their firm is on the planholders list at BPXpress to ensure receipt of any communications, such as Addenda. CHANGES IN SCOPE OF WORK The City reserves the right to make such alterations, deviations, additions to or omissions from the plans and specifications, including the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work or to omit any item or portion of the work. The City reserves the right to add similar work at other locations throughout the City.
