Addition to the existing golf cart wing of the the clubhouse building. Work will include the expansion of the unfinished, unisualted portion of the building. Filed Subs Bids will include Fire Protection and Electrical only. The Work consists of two small projects at two individual sites, these projects will be bid Separately (however the bid manual for both bids is exactly the same. A. Project #1 is the Addition to the existing Golf Cart Storage wing of the existing Clubhouse Building at the Dennis Highlands Golf Course. B. Project #2 is the Renovation & Addition the the existing detached Golf Cart Storage Building at the Dennis Pines Golf Course. C. Both Projects will require separate and unique Bid Submissions through the ProjectDog online bidding portal. D. The work and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Construction Documents which include separate Drawing Packages for each location and this Specification Manual. Simultaneously with his delivery of the executed Contract, the Contractor shall furnish a surety bond or bonds as security for faithful performance of this contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor and materials under this contract. The surety on such bond or bonds shall be a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth and satisfactory to the Owner. The bonds shall remain in force for one year after final acceptance of the work by the Owner, unless the Owner, in writing, releases the Contractor from the obligation sooner.
