Mobilization, Storm Water Pollution Control Compliance Work, Clearing, Grubbing, Demolition, and Removals , Unclassified Excavation / Transport Oversize to Southeast Rock Stockpile, Unclassified Excavation / Transport to Screening Location Location- 59200 Winters Rd Yucca Valley, CA 92285 A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Management Division, followed by a mandatory job walk at the Landers Sanitary Landfill. Bidders are required to bring proper Personal Protection Equipment, including a safety vest, hard hat, and working boots. The work is expected to start on or about April 2026. Final Completion of the entire Work within ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) Working Days Any questions regarding this project shall be addressed in writing to the Project Manager, Johnny Gayman, via Fax at (909)386-8900, or via email at johnny.gayman@dpw.sbcounty.gov.
