The Port is requesting interested firms to submit qualifications for on-call professional engineering, survey, and master planning consulting services. The Port will retain the services of an engineering consultant for a five-year period to provide professional engineering, surveying, testing, grant preparation, administrative support, consulting, planning, and construction services for projects including multi-modal transportation infrastructure planning, design, construction and maintenance, land development projects, infrastructure and development of lands, aviation development and revenue support projects, environmental studies and compliance, and other miscellaneous engineering, surveying, and planning services. The scale, duration, and number of projects are uncertain and may vary. Submittals should be organized and identified by company history, capability and past performance, demonstrated understanding and familiarity with the Port, recent experience in comparable capital projects, and key personnel qualifications specific to the project team. No cost or fee schedules should be submitted at this stage. Fees for services will be presented during contract negotiations after the most qualified consultant is selected. The Port reserves the right to work with other firms if expertise outside the selected firm's area is required.
