Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW) as represented by the Property Management Division (PMD), Capital Development Branch (CD) is seeking bids for consultant services to complete two detailed design packages for two bathrooms (one for each bathroom) located at the Justice Building in Whitehorse. Services will also include tender and construction administration. This is a second-stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 Consultant Services for Building Development. Only Suppliers that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process for the Architectural Area of Expertise, or any subsequent RFQ released under the same terms are eligible to submit a bid under the RFB. Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 11:00 AM PT The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
