Site work for a communication facility in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
Sealed bids are requested for electric line right-of-way line clearing services. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the specified website, though electronic submission is not required. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty days after the opening of bids. The Contractor shall mow/mulch rights-of-way and tree and remove trees along, under, and over the Owner's electric distribution lines as specified herein. The Contractor shall trim and cut trees in an environmentally friendly manner, in the ways that reduce or eliminate future maintenance requirements while preserving desirable vegetation. The key objectives are to improve electric system reliability, lengthen maintenance cycles, enhance Owner-Customer relations, and eensure safety of Owner's and Contractor's personnel.
