Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Representatives of the Board of School Trustees of Rochester Community School Corporation will receive sealed or telecopied bids for the Rochester Middle School HVAC Replacement project, which shall be bid as a single project. The project must be substantially complete by the specified completion date. Bids should be placed in an envelope and clearly marked for the specific project. No bids may be withdrawn for ninety days without the consent of the School Corporation. Contractors must comply with Indiana's Common Construction Wage Act. Each bid must include a non-collusion affidavit and be accompanied by a certified Cashier's check or Financial Surety Bond for five percent of the bid amount, made payable to the Treasurer of Rochester Community School Corporation, as a guarantee against default in complying with the terms of the notice and the bid. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hard copies can be obtained for a deposit of $400.00. Deposit is refundable if clean set of complete documents are returned to Eastern Engineering within seven (7) days of bid opening.
