Conduct maintenance dredging within Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor to remove approximately 4,500 cubic yards of shoaled material using a mechanical clamshell dredge. The dredging will restore the harbor to its authorized depth of -12 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW) and ensure safe vessel navigation. Work includes transportation and disposal of dredged material at the South Oahu Offshore Dredged Material Disposal Site. Additional tasks involve repairs to selected areas of the revetted mole structure, including removal of small vegetation and two large trees, filling voids in the armor stone layer, and resetting an approximately 130-foot section of the revetted mole armor layer. The project encompasses pre-mobilization activities, compliance with environmental requirements, mobilization with temporary construction staging, dredging with variable layer thickness up to 7 feet, revetted mole repair, vegetation/tree removal, and demobilization with restoration of the staging area to its original condition. Location: Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The estimated price range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
