The new lab will feature laboratory spaces, workstations, open office areas, and restrooms for staff. Work includes complete building electrical and data communications, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Repair by replacement of Building 744 has been authorized. The estimated range for this acquisition is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000, with an approximate award date of March 30, 2026.
