Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work Generally Consists of: Landside Improvements to the Airport Consisting of Clearing and Grubbing, Pavement and Utility Demolition, Power, Communications, Water Distribution Including Hydrants and Appurtenances, Wastewater Collection System Including Gravity Sewer and Manholes, Sanitary Lift Station Relocation, Drainage Improvements, Vehicle Access Roadway and Parking Area Construction, Including Subgrade, Lime Rock BASE Course and Asphalt Surface Course Paving, Pavement Markings, Security Fencing and Gates, Access Controls and Cctv, Lighting, Landscape and Irrigation. All Conditions and Requirements for Bid Submission, Consideration, and Award Are Contained in the Contract Documents, Which Include the Plans and Specifications. The Contractor Should Access the Site on a Daily Basis to Be Aware of Any New Data (Addenda) That is Added to the Site. The Department of Airports is Not Responsible for Failure to Obtain All Documents Required in Order to Be Considered Responsive.
