The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, supervision, material, and any other incidentals necessary to perform Right of Way Mowing and Litter Removal Services for various counties and/or sections of counties statewide.
