Work shall include Civil, Structural, and Electrical work for new electrical service, Drainage, sidewalks, new fencing & gates, new field lighting, accessibility improvements, aluminum ramps, field house and ticket booths. o MEP Tie-in to new modular concessions/toilet building which is under another contract. o New 4542 SF Field house construction includes CIP Concrete, PEMB, Brick facade, Storefront windows, Millwork, Interior finishes include GWB Systems, tile, ACT, flooring, painting, Laundry Equipment, and MEP. o New Home and Visitor Ticket Booths, respectively will include CIP Concrete, Metal Stud frame walls, pre-engineered metal roof trusses, sheathing, shingle roofing, cement fiber siding and brick veneer siding, roll up counter doors, windows, Solid counter tops, interior finishes, and MEP.
