Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lake Butler, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Statements of Qualifications will be requested from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations for the construction of a 0.7 MGD Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment Facility and related pre-construction and procurement CMAR services. The contract will include services such as design coordination, constructability review, cost estimating, and scheduling, to be conducted in collaboration with the Owner's consulting engineer. Following sufficient completion of design documents, the Owner will negotiate a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction. Scope of work includes: 1. Construction of a four-basin SBR with static screens, trash trap, surge/anoxic tankage, and aerobic digester tankage. 2. Construction of a Chlorine Contact Chamber and Effluent Pump Station. 3. Construction of new tertiary filters. 4. Construction of new chemical feed and storage facilities. 5. Construction of an in-plant pump station. 6. Construction of a sludge dewatering facility. 7. Modifications to off-site pump station. 8. Construction of an electrical building and emergency generator system. 9. Construction of an Operations Building with laboratory and administrative areas. 10. Installation of site yard piping and process interconnections. 11. Demolition and abandonment of existing treatment units. 12. Site grading, drainage, paving, and roadway improvements. 13. Installation of instrumentation, controls, and SCADA system integration. Statements of Qualifications must demonstrate the proposer’s qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the project. SOQs should be submitted in one original and one searchable PDF on a USB drive, to be received by the Owner by the specified deadline. Submittals not received by the deadline will not be considered. Evaluation and selection will be qualifications-based, with no pricing information to be submitted with the SOQ. The selection process will include both satisfactory/unsatisfactory criteria and weighted criteria, focusing on experience, personnel qualifications, project understanding, capacity, approach to pre-construction services, and safety/quality assurance practices.
