Reference Number NB-UM2528 This Request for Proposals seeks advanced audiovisual solutions to create hybrid learning environments in classrooms at the University of Moncton. The goal is to enable seamless interaction between students physically present and those learning remotely, using cutting-edge audio, video, and centralized control technologies. We are seeking proposals for the acquisition, installation, and configuration of the necessary equipment to ensure optimal audio and visual coverage, as well as easy and intuitive control. The integration of automatic PTZ cameras and high-quality microphones is essential to guarantee clear and effective presentations.
