Site work for a municipal facility in Ukiah, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids from firms to provide Landscape Maintenance Services. Bids must address all services described in Exhibit A, "Scope of Work," found in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section. The detailed services and work to be performed are specified in Exhibit A, including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. The invitation is open to all eligible firms and individuals who meet the qualification requirements. All agreements will include, by reference, General Terms and Conditions (GTC) available online. If there are discrepancies between the advertisement and this solicitation, the information in this notice and the attached invitation for bids shall take precedence. Bidders are responsible for monitoring for any changes or updates and are advised to register online to receive notifications regarding this solicitation and other bidding opportunities. By submitting a bid, the contractor represents that it is not a target of Economic Sanctions as defined by Executive Order N-6-22. Determination of sanctions involvement may result in bid rejection or agreement termination at any point prior to or after contract execution. Bidders must follow all instructions and ensure compliance with requirements as specified in the invitation for bids, including all attached exhibits and referenced documents. Bidders should seek clarification immediately if there are questions regarding the services or instructions.
