Mobilization and De-Mobilization, traffic control, remove existing concrete improvements and construct curb ramp per SPPWC STD. Install ADA Compliant truncated domes on newly constructed curb ramps. Remove and replace 4" thick PCC sidewalk per City of Glendora SD&S 1.02. Grind Existing sidewalk joint flush with adjoining panels. Question Deadline 01/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing not less than five (5) days prior to the date for the opening of bids This project entails removing existing curbs, gutters and sidewalks and constructing ADA-compliant curb ramps, installing ADA-compliant curb ramp truncated domes on existing curb ramps, and removing & replacing PCC sidewalks. In addition to the requirements of Section 6.2, during performance of the work, Contractor will keep the City apprised of the status of performance by delivering the following status reports: A. Existing Conditions documentation B. Bi-Weekly Progress Report and Updated Schedule (if modified) IV. All work is subject to review and acceptance by the City, and must be revised by the Contractor without additional charge to the City until found satisfactory and accepted by City. V. Contractor shall provide safe and continuous passage for pedestrian and vehicular traffic in accordance with the Work Area Traffic Control Handbook (WATCH), latest edition
