Site work for a transportation facility in Dyess AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The requirement is to provide a phased, standalone service to remove rubber buildup from two runways at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, and repaint all airfield markings after the rubber removal. Both tasks must be completed in accordance with the provided drawing specifications. No site visit will be conducted for this project. Location: Dyess Air Force Base, 417 Third Street, Dyess AFB, TX 79607. Q&A: All questions are due by 17 December 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to be sent to both 2nd Lt Anthony Parra (anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil) and 1st Lt Abigail Noe (abigail.noe.1@us.af.mil). In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of magnitude of construction projects: Between $100,000 and $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 1- Perform rubber removal as indicated in attached drawings C1 through C8 and per specifications at runways 16/34 and 164/344 (CLIN 0001). 2- Paint airfield markings as indicated in the attached contract drawings C1 through C8 and specifications (CLINs 0002- 0006).
