Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to replace roofing of Wesley House per the contract documents. Builder's Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidder pre-qualification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid. The contractor sha l provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), al labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to successfu ly remove an approximately 4000 ft2 existing pitched shingle roof and flat ro led roof on the two-(2) story Wesley House building and provide a new pitched architectural shingle roof and flat ro led roof, as per the contract documents. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Existing Conditions: _ Currently experiencing active leaks.
