The City of Bryant, Arkansas, is seeking the services of construction management firms to provide engineering services on an annual contract basis. Interested firms are to submit a description of their qualifications in the required format. All proposals must be submitted as five complete hard copies and one electronic copy in a sealed envelope marked "RFQ FOR ENGINEERING and ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES." Qualifications will be evaluated, and firms may be selected for further consideration, including the submission of additional information or interviews. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive irregularities, negotiate with acceptable firms, and may select more than one firm. Awards will be based on the best interest of the City, and the most effective response for the intended purpose will be chosen. Final selections will lead to contract negotiations. Firms will be notified in writing of any questions or decisions.
