The City of Bryant is seeking qualified environmental engineering consulting firms to provide services under an annual contract. Firms with experience in environmental, geotechnical, and wastewater-related engineering are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications. The scope of services may include permitting for expansion of the City's existing wastewater treatment plant, potential siting and permitting of a new wastewater treatment plant, additional environmental engineering support as needed, and geotechnical services to support the design of foundations, slabs, utilities, and roadway structures. Qualifications will be reviewed privately and selected firms may be asked to provide supplemental information or participate in interviews. The City may award the contract to one or multiple firms based on qualifications and project needs. Required submission materials include five hard copies and one electronic copy in a sealed envelope marked for the specific RFQ. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, request clarification, negotiate terms, and make awards in its best interest. Evaluation criteria include relevant specialized experience and technical competence, capacity and capability to meet project timelines, past performance, cost control, quality of work, scheduling reliability, and proximity to and familiarity with the Bryant area.
