The work is to furnish all material, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to remove all carpet from ten (10) cabins and install 1/4 -inch underlayment, LVP flooring, and trim in the same ten (10) cabins. On-site work shall be performed between the receipt of signed contract or purchase order and March 31st, 2026, unless a written exception is granted by the Facilities Management Regional Manager. The Contractor and applicable subcontractors must have an active BC-B sm, BC-B or BC-C Tennessee Building Contractor license prior to bid submission. Bids over $100,000 must include provisions for a payment bond equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price. All bidders must comply with the requirements of Tenn. Code Ann. 62-6-119 when submitting sealed bids, and must provide subcontractor information if applicable. For bids over $25,000 requiring a contractor's license, the contractor and any subcontractors must provide the company's Tennessee State Contractor License Number, applicable license classification, and license expiration date. Failure to provide appropriate licensure will result in bid disqualification. Bidders agree to comply with all statutes and terms contained in the Department of General Services rules, as well as special terms, conditions, and specifications embodied in the invitation to bid. Selection of "YES" in the certification section certifies compliance and that the bid is made without collusion or fraud.
