The Township has chosen to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a company(s) to provide roof system replacements at multiple locations. Refer to Attachment A - Theater 50400 Cherry Hill Refer to Attachment B - Bartlett Travis House 500 Ridge Rd Refer to Attachment C - Cherry Hill School 50440 Cherry Hill No Attachment for - Gun Range 5646 S Lilly Rd The request is for full replacement of 4 different roofs of different styles and systems. The attached are the technical bid specifications that must be followed for this project, provided by Roofing Technology Associates, LTD. The areas of work and timeframes will be negotiated with the selected contractor. o Bids should be line itemed by Location, Then labor, and materials for each o Permits for the job are required. Township permit fee will be waived (any reinspection cost is not). o Include all equipment and rentals. o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. o All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager. o Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township and RTA. o The Contractor must be fully licensed and insured to perform the work. Please refer to Attachments for a detailed description of the scope. Demolition shall include, but not limited to, the following: o Dumpster or other means to take all materials off-site provided by contractor. o Magnet roll the area to ensure all nails / screws are picked up daily Warrantee description shall be provided: o The selection of the contractor shall include an evaluation of the proposed installation and product warrantees provided in response to this RFP.
