Site work includes demolition of the existing field, installation of underground drainage on the east and west sides, grading for the new field and site drainage, installation of a synthetic turf football field and lines in accordance with OSSAA guidelines, new goal posts on the north and south ends, new fencing and sidewalks surrounding the field, and any further work as called for in the construction documents, plans, and specifications. For a complete description, refer to the summary of work in the project manual. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
