The project consists of lawn rehabilitation, grading improvements, drainage adjustments, and associated site work within three designated areas of the athletic field complex. Work includes topdressing, sod installation, minor curb removal, fill placement, construction of swales and a concrete flume, and localized surface improvements around existing inlets. A construction fence and appropriate erosion control measures are required. Area A Athletic Field: Work includes topdressing and leveling the existing lawn with up to 1 inch of topsoil, additional topdressing in areas with deeper depressions, and associated lawn preparation activities including scalping, leveling, watering, fertilizing, and maintenance. Contractor shall install construction fencing around the athletic field and staging area and provide erosion control devices. Area B Southern Area of the Athletic Field (West of Lift Station): Scope includes removing existing grass, removing two portions of existing curb, adjusting the lift station gate to maintain a 2-inch clearance above pavement, placing fill along the southern fence line to eliminate ponding, installing new sod, constructing a swale, and building a concrete flume on the east side of the lift station. Work includes leveling, filling, and watering. Area C West Side of the Field House Building: Work includes removing existing grass, placing fill to level the surface around an existing inlet, installing a new concrete surface around the grate inlet, and installing sod to match the surrounding lawn.
