The deadline to ask questions is 1/07/2026 10:00 AM CST Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening. The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Grand Mason West Road Street Dedication, Section 1 Storm Sewer Facilities and Reinforced Concrete Paving for Harris County MUD No. 165. The scope includes: 150 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances, 7,200 square yards of 8-inch subgrade preparation, 6,600 square yards of 10-inch reinforced concrete pavement, and 5,000 linear feet of reinforced concrete curb. Sealed bids, in duplicate, are to be addressed to the Board of Directors and received at the designated office location or electronically through the specified website. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond equal to 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the contract amount. Contractors are also required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. All plans, specifications, and bid documents are available online or for review at the Engineer's office.
