Platte-Geddes School District 11-5, South Dakota is soliciting Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMaR) from interested firms to assist with additions to the existing facilities located in Platte, SD. The selected firm will assist with design and specification development in coordination with CO-OP Architecture, and also provide construction manager services throughout the construction. The District is required to competitively bid the project once plans and specifications are complete and the School Board is comfortable with cost estimates and construction timelines. AIA Document A133 will be used for the agreement between the CMaR and the District. One electronic copy of the RFP response must be submitted to CO-OP Architecture.
