Rancho California Water District is requesting quotations for the furnishing, assembly, and delivery of seven new NSF-61 compliant short-set booster vertical turbine pump assemblies for multiple booster station sites. Installation will be performed by District personnel, but the awarded contractor is required to attend all startup procedures and testing as part of warranty verification. The replacement pump assemblies must meet strict hydraulic, dimensional, material, and NSF 61 compliance requirements. All assemblies must be fully inspected and tested prior to delivery according to manufacturer standards. Contractor-provided as-built drawings and discharge head CAD files must be approved by the District before fabrication and shipment, in accordance with the 7-Booster Submittal.
