Description

Site work for a civil project in Fallbrook, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Required Services _ Removal of two existing 10,000 gallon chemical tanks and connecting piping, valves, and instrumentation, protect existing floor anchors in place _ Removal of existing chemical eye wash/shower station _ Removal of existing hose bib _ Removal, replacement and relocation of overhead lighting and associated wiring and conduits. _ Disconnection and removal of existing instrumentation _ Installation of two replacement 10,500 gallon double walled chemical tanks, contractor procured from Snyder Industries per attached drawings _ Installation of connecting piping, valves, and instrumentation _ Installation of tank anchoring tie downs to existing tank supports in chemical storage building floor _ Installation of tank vents with new roof penetrations _ Startup/commissioning support _ Work must not interfere with plant operations, except for planned commissioning and startup of new tanks, to be coordinated with CPEN operations staff Municipal Meeting 01/21/2026 Question Deadline 01/08/2026 at 4:00 PM PT All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed via e-mail only to kcollins@fpud.com.
