Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and detention facility.

The project will consist of the following approximate quantities: Roofing Removal, Disposal and Replacement of existing asphalt roofing and ballasted roofing with new asphalt roofing or standing seam metal roof and new ballasted roofing. Removal and Replacement of existing gutter, downspouts, soffit system, metal flashing, parapet cap and downspouts. Any technical questions may be directed to Todd Langbehn at (701) 252-0234 A. The work to be performed under this contract consists of the construction of: James River Correctional Center Amusement Building Roof Replacement. B. The project consists of the following major work components as shown on the Drawings and Specified herein to include but not limited to the following; 1. Removal of existing roofing and damaged insulation. 2. Provide and install new insulation and roofing system. C. The work shall also include other necessary and appurtenant items as specified herein and shown on the Drawings. This Section of the Project Manual includes all demolition work necessary for the construction as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials and tools necessary to remove and salvage or dispose of the structures and improvements or portions thereof as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. This section of the Project Manual includes metal roof panels with concealed fasteners, rake and eave covering, flashing, closures, trim, ridge cap, underlayment and all appurtenances thereto necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish and pay the cost, including sales tax and all other applicable taxes and fees, of all the necessary materials not furnished by the OWNER and shall furnish and pay for all the superintendence, labor, tools, equipment and transportation and perform all the work required for the construction of all structures listed and itemized under the bid schedule of the Bidder's Proposal attached hereto in strict accordance with the General Conditions; Special Conditions, Governmental Requirements, the Plans, which include all maps, plats, blueprints, and other drawings and printed or written explanatory matter therein; the Specifications and Contract Documents as prepared by Interstate Engineering, Inc., herein called "ENGINEER", and any amendments thereto and such supplemental Plans and Specifications as may hereafter be approved.
