Please register with Mrs. Sara Hinds at sara.hinds.2@us.af.mil by noon on January 5th if you will be attending. A TEAMS meeting link will be sent to you. The Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Multiple Award Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (MACB) Program will provide a broad range of construction, repair, and maintenance of real property. Work under this program includes 35% Design-Build, 100% Design-Build, and Construction-Only services at TAFB, Oklahoma. The acquisition approach will set aside Order Proposal Requests (OPRs) for small businesses for projects with a magnitude of construction less than or equal to $25 million, and full and open competition for projects exceeding $25 million. The NAICS code is 236210, Industrial Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 million. The BOA will be valid for up to five years from the initial execution date. Contractors must submit proposals during the annual BOA Invitation period to qualify for future OPRs; additional BOA proposals will not be accepted outside this timeframe. Competitive OPRs will be issued to qualified BOA holders for specific requirements under the MACB program, and all resulting awards will be order contracts. A Pre-BOA Invitation Conference will be held at Tinker AFB, with details to be announced on SAM.gov.
