TB 4522 - Fire Life Safety Systems Parks And Nature Metro requires preventative maintenance on fire and life safety equipment at specific facilities including Blue Lake Park, Oxbow Park, Borland Field Station, and M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp. The services required are outlined in the scope requirements section. The locations listed are not exclusive and may include additional sites. Metro requires preventative maintenance as indicated in the SCOPE REQUIREMENTS section ofthis ITB on fire and life safety equipment. Services are required at the following facilities, but are not limited to: Blue Lake Park, 21154 NE Blue Lake Road Fairview OR 97230 Oxbow Park (Oxbow), 3010 SE Oxbow Pkwy, Gresham OR 97030 Borland Field Station, 2661 SW Borland Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062 M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp 4325 NE Marine Dr. Portland, OR 97211 Contractors must be qualified and able to perform the entire scope ofwork. Bidders must respond to all sections to be considered.
