The City of Brookhaven solicits competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the 2024-2025 LMIG Street Resurfacing Project. The awardee shall provide to the City of Brookhaven all aspects of asphalt maintenance, including, but not limited to, milling, full-depth restoration, hauling materials, resurfacing operations, adjustment of roadway appurtenances (manhole/water valve adjustment, etc.), all required machinery, thermostriping, resident notification, and traffic control. The bid sheet in this bid package shall be completed and returned by the bid submission deadline to qualify for this award. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the required construction, as described in the specifications, including all incidentals, as directed by the terms of this contract and as directed by the City of Brookhaven Director of Public Works or their authorized representative.
