The intent of this Request for Proposals is to procure Design Build Construction Services as required for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC or 'the Community'). The associated project scope includes but is not limited to the following: o Shade canopies. o Photovoltaic system. o Canopy lighting and modification to the existing parking lot pole-mounted lighting as may be required by the new work. o Landscape and irrigation modification to accommodate shade canopies and associated new work. o Parking lot repair, re-striping and signage as may be required by new work. o New electrical service and/ or electrical service connection to the existing Justice Facility Building to make use of the solar power generation.
