Renovation of an industrial development in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
This Request for Proposals is for the North Bay Wheelshop Exhaust and Ventilation Upgrade. The project addresses the current negative air pressure issues in the shop by removing the three exhaust fans and rerouting the return air system ERV ductwork on the roof into the existing exhaust ports. The proponent must be a single legal entity responsible for the performance of the deliverables. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified bidding system. All documents must be in PDF format without security passwords, and it is the proponent's responsibility to ensure all uploaded files are accessible and not corrupted. No pricing information should be included in the Technical Proposal, as this is a two-envelope process. All proponents are required to have a vendor account with the electronic bidding system to download the solicitation document, receive addenda, and submit their proposal electronically. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any ONTC employees or officials except the designated RFP Contact. Accommodations for accessibility and French language services are available upon request.
