New construction of an industrial development in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
Vernon County is requesting proposals for the construction of a new storage facility to replace the current facility for County vehicles and equipment. The project includes construction of a 50' x 100' x 16' building, with labor and equipment for the construction phase to be provided. Building materials have already been procured. Vernon County will serve as the General Contractor. Bidders should include costs for each scope of work separately if submitting a complete construction package. Consultants may submit alternate or creative cost-saving proposals as long as minimum requirements and scope are met. Proposals must be submitted electronically and in five written copies. Each proposal must provide the name and contact information for the primary site manager. Failure to respond to each requirement may result in rejection of the response. Vernon County reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and to waive technicalities.
