For Furnishing to Said Company All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Transportation, Services and Supplies Necessary to Relocate the Existing Irrigation Pipeline at the Intersection of Sr-140 and Sr-165 for the Merquin County Water District. Any questions regarding this project during the bidding phase shall be submitted in writing to BidRFI@qkinc.com. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to MERQUIN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT will be required to accompany each proposal. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who is not duly licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division III of the Business and Professions Code. No bidder may withdraw his bid during the period commencing with the date and hour of the opening and ending at the end of the tenth day there following. The total construction duration for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Work must be completed by April 1, 2026. The Right is Reserved by Merquin County Water District to Reject Any or All Bids, to Evaluate the Bids Submitted and to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
