JPSD is soliciting formal bid proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of new steel ornamental and vinyl coated chain link fencing along the perimeter of Powell Middle School. Powell Middle School is located at 3655 Livingston Road in Jackson, MS 39213. The site is approximately twenty (20) acres. Each Contractor is strongly encouraged to become familiar with the site conditions prior to submitting a bid proposal. Failure to visit the site does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of providing a complete fence installation at bid price. Each Contractor is responsible for locating underground or overhead utilities prior to installation. The Contractor will be responsible for any utilities cut or damaged during the fence installation. Preparation: The Contractor shall locate all underground and overhead utilities prior to installation of any footings or posts. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to fully install a 6'-0" tall steel ornamental and vinyl coated chain link fence with various gates as shown on the attached drawing.
