Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.

This project is issued for tender as a Design-Build contract between the pool contractor and the City of Guelph. The scope of work includes the following: - Removal of existing pool tank and underground tunnels along pool perimeter. - Removal of all pool piping, fittings, etc. up to the pool building wall. - Removal of concrete pool deck, including drains, and perimeter sidewalk (beyond fencing). - Removal of chain link fencing and gates. - New pool with piping, new pool deck/surface with drainage and new perimeter fencing - Scope of work will involve connecting to the City's existing stormwater and sanitary systems.
