Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 161,920-square-foot, six-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Saint Luke's Place is soliciting trade tenders and retaining Traugott Building Contractors Inc. ("Traugott") to be their Construction Manager to perform the demolition, alterations, and construction of new addition. This project will consist of all necessary trade scopes to prepare the site and construct the new buildings using conventional methods to local codes. This project will consist of abatement, demolition, excavation, concrete formwork, concrete reinforcing, concrete supply, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metal, metal siding, membrane roofing, fireproofing, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, hardware, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, corner guard, washroom accessories, food and medical equipment, loading dock equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, Controls, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security.
