The University of Central Florida announces services are required of qualified contractors to perform corrective, predicative and preventive maintenance for campus wastewater collection systems that include, SCADA, pumps, motors, lift station, and process water collection systems for utility generation assets identified in "Attachment A" for scopes of work that include alternations, repairs, and construction. The University of Central Florida wishes to enter into an open-ended contract with multiple companies for a period of one year, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The University has the right to amend the terms of the contract at each annual renewal. The selected firms' minimum bonding capacity shall be $2,000,000 with a maximum of $7,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
