Description

Site work for a power facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade power facility.

Question Deadline 01/06/2026 Questions must be submitted by Bidder via email by Email questions to Buyer at bids@oakridqetn.gov and CO Engineer at bids@pdenqineers.com. Buyer invites Bidder (Seller) to submit quotation for furnishing and delivering the following equipment for Substation 1000: Two 161kV 1200A 50kA power circuit breakers. Seller shall design, manufacture, assemble, and factory test Goods in accordance with attached technical specifications and current industry standards, and deliver Goods F.O.B. Destination. Buyer will furnish a construction contractor under a separate contract to perform foundation and site work construction for which the Goods under this Contract are being furnished. Submit one sealed hard copy of bid. Electronic submittal of proposals is prohibited. Clearly mark the exterior of the mailing package with: "Bid for RFQ FY2026-110, Breaker for Substation 1000". Bidder shall submit proposal that will remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. No bid security will be required to accompany bids. Bids will be accepted at the address provided until 2:00 pm EST on January 13, 2026.
