Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in El Centro, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
By submitting a proposal, contractors warrant that they have made a site examination as they deem necessary as to the condition of the site and certify all measurements, specifications and conditions affecting the work to be performed at the site. Proposals are subject to acceptance by the signing of a contract and issuance of an appropriate purchase order. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and reserves the right to waive any informality in any quote. CONTRACTOR PROPOSES TO FURNISH LABOR AND MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: Describe in detail the scopeof the proposed project and materials to be furnished. Attach additional sheets if necessary and reference see attachment in space provided below. The project includes the installation of a 22' x 30' concrete pad, 6 inches thick, constructed with 4,500 PSI fibermesh-reinforced concrete. Work will also include a 5' x 10' step-down section from the elevated sidewalk to provide a smooth transition. Additionally, a 5' x 26' concrete sidewalk, also 6 inches thick, will be installed to connect the basketball court area to the existing shade structure. All concrete work shall utilize 4,500 PSI fibermesh material and meet standard district specifications. Submission Cut Off Date = (Deadline for Application submission to Quality Bidders) * 12/05/2025
