Project awarded to Moat Systems, Inc.. The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified, reputable vendor that can provide an AI Facility and Construction Management platform for Alpine School District (ASD). It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a maximum of five (5) years. In the event the District is dissolved or reconfigured, the awarded vendor shall honor the pricing provided to the District and allow any newly formed districts resulting from such dissolution or reconfiguration ("New Districts") the opportunity to enter into an agreement with the awarded vendor under the same terms (including pricing) and for the same duration as are set forth in this contract. It is anticipated that Alpine School District will be reconfigured, effective July 1, 2027, into three separate Districts temporarily called West, Central, and South. Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as "the District"). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #ASD12192025HM.
