Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hazen, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Separate sealed bids for park improvements, including sidewalks, ADA/concrete parking, pavilion slabs and footings, and other related work will be received by the City of Newark, Arkansas. Bidders can examine bidding documents and plans at specified locations. Contract documents must be obtained from Miller Newell Engineers for a fee, refundable upon return of documents in usable condition within 14 days after receipt of bids. Each bidder must submit bid security in the required amount and form. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after opening.
