Site work for a water / sewer project in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the construction of a water supply well at the Pulliam Station Water Treatment Facility. Contract documents can be examined at specified locations and obtained from Miller Newell Engineers upon payment. Bidders must return contract documents in good condition for a refund as specified. Contracts awarded under this invitation are subject to requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund Programs as detailed in the contract documents. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order 11246 (as amended) and requirements under the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014, the 'American Iron and Steel (AIS)' requirement, Labor Standards, and Equal Employment Opportunity provisions. The bidder, by submitting a signed bid, commits to meeting all participation requirements, terms, and conditions outlined in the bid conditions. Full requirements for the revolving loan fund programs are provided in the supplemental conditions in the contract documents.
